In order to incorporate social concerns at the centre of its strategy, the SNTL Group adopted the CSR approach for a better inclusion of social impacts in the activities of the company both internally and externally. The values of social responsibility of the company are therefore placed at the heart of our development, and radiate across our ecosystem.
Wishing to have its collaborators in a collaborative spirit, the SNTL group positions them as beneficiaries of the CSR actions, but also as actors and ambassadors of the social commitments of the company. Indeed, the Group attaches great importance to its ecosystem and strives to improve the conditions of work of its various partners and to foster their skills development.
Under this approach, the SNTL Group works to:
– Support life projects of collaborators;
– Strengthen the SNTL community through various events and leisure activities for employees and their families (summer camps, summer centres, children’s matinees, etc.)
-The balance between family life and professional life, particularly through the creation of a company nursery project.
-Protect the health of workers (medical visits and check-ups, health insurance, campaigns of prevention or health screening…).
-Bring awareness of the respect for the environment,
-Professional integration of young people and people with disabilities.
